  • Will tickets be available at the gate?

    If not sold out, tickets may be available at the gate, but we recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee entry.

  • Can I bring my kids to the festival?

    Yes, The Valley Music Festival is family-friendly, and kids 2 and under get in free with a ticketed adult!

  • What’s included with VIP passes?

    VIP passes include unlimited food and drinks, ideal stage views, swag bags, and more exclusive perks!

  • What time does the festival start?

    Doors will open each day at 11 am. Arrive early to avoid long lines.

  • How do I bring in my prescription medicine?

    Please bring all prescription medications in their original containers, with labels that match the holder's legal ID.

  • Can I bring a chair or blanket to the venue?

    Yes! Blankets and chairs are allowed. But no umbrellas please.

  • What measures are you taking to ensure my health and safety at the festival?

    The Valley Music Festival has a dedicated team of security personnel, along with state and local law enforcement, fire, and EMS services, to ensure everyone's safety.

  • Can i bring a bag or wagon?

    Yes. Your bag and/or wagon will be thoroughly searched for prohibited items upon entry.

  • Is there Public transportation avaliable?

    Yes! Mountain Rides is a free public transportation service that runs up and down the valley, making it easy to get to and from the festival without a car. They have a regular stop at the Pavillion Parking Lot (our parking lot). Last stop is 12:03 AM to head Southbound.

  • Can I buy my tickets from a 3rd party?

    The Valley Music Festival is not affiliated with any third-party ticketing sites. Tickets purchased outside of our official Showclix platform may be fraudulent, and we cannot guarantee their validity.

  • Is your event ADA Accessible?

    Yes, the festival is located on a grass field, so if you have the ability to move around on grass, you'll be able to enjoy the event. We also have ADA-compliant bathrooms available throughout the festival grounds. ADA parking is provided near the festival, but you’ll need to purchase a parking pass. Upon arrival, our parking attendants will direct you to a designated ADA parking spot. The parking lot is located just up Sun Valley Rd from the festival, and there is a paved path that leads directly to the festival grounds.

  • Is re-entry allowed?

    Yes, you can come and go as you please all day long!
